I'm Ian. Brian and Drew are my cousins. We grew up around here, and now the three of us buy, renovate, and keep properties around Lakewood.
One thing that probably makes us a little different from most people sending letters like ours: we still own every property we've ever bought. When we buy a property, we're buying it for ourselves.
